ACL Injury Prevention in Female Athletes

All athletes run the risk of injury. However, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics, female athletes in high school are two to six times more likely to suffer and ACL injury. Today’s Media Monday video is from the Freestate Soccer Alliance. This six minute video shares multiple exercises to help prevent ACL injuries in female athletes. However, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to have all of your athletes participate regardless of gender.
